Nice cottage in a lovely area, owner kindly contacted us to make sure everything was OK. The area is beautiful with so much to see and do, having Grizedale forest with its lovely walks and facilities so near was a bonus. We were fortunate to have good weather which added to our enjoyment of the week.

Such a fab cottage to stay in with friends. We're a group of 7 friends who stayed in Honeysuckle over the course of a week - close to so many local trails for walks and the visitor centre. Perfect way to get away from the world and technology and just enjoy the local area.

The village of Satterthwaite is the perfect spot for walks through Grizedale forest and beyond. The local village pub (The Eagles Head) can be found a stones throw from the cottage. Four more pubs, a Co-op, local cafes and restaurants can be found in the nearby Hawkshead village.
